Recommend it for families looking to unwind

Rooms are comfy and very spacious, perfect for a family with kids. The Palm court bar was a great spot for evening drinks after the kids were settled, felt kinda fancy yet relaxing, just what we needed....  

The hotel features amazing historical architecture, a convenient rooftop access, fun jazz nights, and a vibrant bar area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a good stay for us, making everything super special!...  

Shower did not drain properly.

Stunning Art Deco Architecture with Great Views

The stunning Art Deco design of the hotel truly adds to its charm, making it a memorable place to stay. We loved the spacious junior suite, which accommodated our family perfectly, and the access to the Carew rooftop Observation Deck provided breathtaking views of the city. While the room amenities were enjoyable, the bathroom could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the experience further.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the live jazzy music at the bar and savoring delicious cocktails. The hotel has great relaxation spots like a fantastic pool and a cozy lounge area. Just a heads up, the elevators can be a bit slow during busy times, but it didn't really affect our stay. 🎶

I really enjoyed the spacious room and the amazing breakfast options! The art deco bar had a great vibe, but the available lounging area didn’t match the photos. I’d probably stay here again.

The room had a cool old-school vibe with its Art Deco style. It was spacious but felt a bit tired, and the bathroom had some issues like a squishy tub. I did enjoy the comfortable beds though, and the concrete walls kept things quiet. But the WiFi was pretty spotty, which was annoying. Also, had a bit of a mix-up with room availability, but it was sorted out eventually.

This place suits me perfectly. With free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception, I have everything I need. On my first stay, the staff were incredibly helpful in finding restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for comfort!...  

our stay at hilton was delightful! the location was perfect, close to restaurants and nightlife. we enjoyed the full-service health and fitness center, which is the largest in the city. marc at the bell service made our trip easier by handling logistics efficiently....  

Had a fantastic group vacation! We got to enjoy a game at Paul Brown Stadium and the nearby hiking trails. The place had a gym, free Wi-Fi, and the staff was super helpful with local tips. Overall, it was a great experience...  

great spots for walks and parks near the hotel

The convenient distance to great american ball park made for an easy stroll to catch a game, and i loved exploring nearby washington park, which added a nice green touch to my city adventures. it really helped create a relaxing atmosphere after busy explorations. single travelers will find plenty of cafés and restaurants just steps away for dining amidst their sightseeing trips.

Enjoyed the beautiful art deco design and the great location near local attractions. The room had issues with cleanliness, and the hallway noise made it hard to sleep. Would still recommend for its unique charm.
